2 eggs
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. Pream or coffee mate
1 tbsp. instant minced onions
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. ketchup
1 c. water
2 lbs. lean ground beef
5 slices of cheese cut in half diagonally
Paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, beat eggs, slightly. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese and paprika. Mix well. Press meat mixture in 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake 60 minutes. Remove from oven and place cheese on top overlapping points. Sprinkle with paprika. Continue baking until cheese is slightly melted, about 10 minutes.
