1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. thick sour cream
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. lemon juice or tomato catsup
2 tsp. brown sugar
Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. hot water

Have beef and pork ground together. Add bread crumbs, salt and pepper, eggs and cream and mix well. Pack into meat loaf pan. Make a sauce of the remaining ingredients and pour over the loaf. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
