POTATO - TOPPED MEATLOAF 
1/4 c. Heinz Home Style brown gravy
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 beaten egg
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 1/2 c. "hot potatoes"
Butter
Paprika

Combine all ingredients except potatoes, butter and paprika. Mix well. Form into a loaf (8 x 4 x 1 1/2 inches) in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and drain fat.

Spread 2 1/2 cups potatoes over meatloaf. Drizzle 1 tablespoon melted butter over potatoes. Garnish with paprika. Bake 20 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes. Heat remaining gravy, serve with meat loaf. Try with mushroom gravy.
