1 lb. ground beef
3 tsp. onion
4 crackers, crumbled
3 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
4 lg. potatoes, shredded

Mix all ingredients except potatoes. Divide into two large patties, brown on both sides. Spread potatoes over meat. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
