LEFT OVER MEATLOAF
NON-TRADITIONAL SHEPHERDS PIE
 
Left Over Meatloaf
mushrooms, as many as you like
cooked baby carrots
1 can cream corn
shredded Cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
left over gravy
left over mashed potatoes
salt and pepper

Start by crumbling your delicious meatloaf in the bottom of a sprayed baking dish. Mix mushrooms, cooked carrots and cream corn into the crumbled meatloaf. Add a layer of shredded cheese. Add a layer of left over gravy. Spread left over mashed potatoes on top. Sprinkle with additional cheese. Salt and pepper the top.

Cover with foil, bake for 1 hour at 350°F, the last 15 minutes, remove foil to brown the potatoes.
