SHEPHERD PIE 
1 lb. lean hamburger
1 onion, chopped and browned in butter
2 cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. grated Romano cheese
4 potatoes, mashed with milk and butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Put tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cheese, salt and pepper on stove to simmer. Brown onion, then the meat. Put onion and meat in flat cake type pan. Pour sauce on top. Pile mashed, fluffy potatoes on top. Dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes - until peaks brown.
