CHEESE OMELET 
3 eggs
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 tsp. butter
1/4 c. grated cheese

In small bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper with fork until well blended. In skillet, melt butter. Tilt pan to coat side. Add egg mixture and cook on medium heat without stirring.

When omelet is set, sprinkle cheese over half of omelet. Slide omelet out of pan and fold in half. Makes 2 servings.
