BAKED HAM AND CHEESE OMELET 
12 slices bread
10 eggs
3 c. milk
3/4 c. chopped ham
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
squirt of mustard

Butter bread on one side. Place 6 slices buttered side down on a greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Sprinkle ham and cheese on top. Put top layer of 6 slices bread buttered side up. Pour over top the beaten eggs, milk and mustard all beaten together. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 325°F, covered, for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 45 minutes longer.

Mushrooms may be added.
