FOUR LAYER DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix thoroughly, pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix ingredients and spread on top of crust. Chill thoroughly.

THIRD LAYER:

2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant pudding mix (chocolate, pistachio, butterscotch or vanilla)
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and beat until thick. Pour over second layer. Chill again.

FOURTH LAYER:

Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Chill until ready to use.
