CHERRY JELLO DELIGHT 
2 pkgs. cherry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 lg. can cherry pie filling

TOPPING:

1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello in water. Pour into an 8"x8" square Pyrex dish. Mix 1 can of pie filling in and chill 2 to 3 hours. Mix topping ingredients together and spread on cooled Jello.
