BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c. Sharp shredded cheese
5 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Brown sausage, drain and set aside. Place crescents with point towards the center of a 12-inch pizza pan. Press bottom and sides to form crust. Spoon sausage over dough. Sprinkle with hash browns and Cheddar cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
