BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. bulk sausage
4 or 5 eggs
Salt & pepper
1 pkg. crescent dinner rolls
1/2 c. milk or half & half
1 1/2 - 2 c. frozen hash browns
1 c. shredded cheddar, Swiss, Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese

Brown sausage. Separate rolls and place on ungreased pizza pan (points toward center). Seal seams together. Spoon sausage over top. Sprinkle with cheese and potatoes. (This much can be frozen ahead.) When ready to bake, beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper together. Pour over pizza. Bake in 375 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
