6 pieces of our turkey sausage
8 sm. whole potatoes, peeled
2 green peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped

Place all ingredients in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle oregano, Italian seasoning, basil, and garlic powder. Pour about 1/2 cup Marsala wine over all. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 325 degree oven. Uncover the last 10 minutes to brown.
