TURKEY SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
Brown 2 pounds of sausage. Layer in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish with 6 ounces herb crouton mix.

4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard

Pour over sausage and croutons. Then mix 1 cup mushroom soup and pour over all. Sprinkle with 2 cups grated cheese. Let stand overnight. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
