EASY BISQUICK CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. breakfast sausage, mild (pork or turkey sausage) 1 cup Bisquick 1 cup milk (we use skim) 9 to 12 eggs 1 cup shredded cheddar (or Colby Jack) cheese Brown crumbled sausage and drain excess grease. In a glass (or metal) mixing bowl, add sausage to Bisquick and mix. Add milk and eggs (can mix eggs together first for more fluffiness). Add cheese and stir. Pour into 9x12-inch casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes or until cooked through. Submitted by: Lamarr Stevens |
