MEXICAN LASAGNA 
Layer following in oblong pan:

1 lg. can refried beans (spread evenly)
1 lb. browned and drained ground beef
1 lg. can taco sauce spread over beef

Top with jalapeno peppers to taste. Cover with cheese of choice: Velveeta, Monterey Jack or both.

Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Serve with taco chips, sour cream, green onions and guacamole.
