BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. stalk fresh or 2 boxes frozen broccoli
1 tube Ritz crackers
1 sm. box Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter, melted

Cook broccoli until soft. Melt Velveeta cheese as according to directions on box and pour over broccoli. Crumble crackers over broccoli and cheese and pour melted butter over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
