BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
1 bag noodles (kluski if possible)
Garlic/onion, your taste
14 oz. frozen broccoli (or fresh steamed)
Large box Velveeta
6 c. chicken stock (College Inn)
6 c. milk

Saute onion 3/4 cup and 3-4 cloves garlic crushed in oil or butter. Add chicken broth and bring to boil. Add bag of noodles and broccoli. Cook 3-4 minutes. Add Velveeta (cut into large chunks). Add 6 cups milk and cook only until cheese melts. Stir on occasion so it doesn't burn. Freezes well.
