BASIC MAYONNAISE 
1 egg
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. salad oil

Put egg, seasonings, vinegar and 1/4 cup oil into blender container. Cover and process at whip. Immediately remove feeder cap and pour in the remaining oil in a steady stream. Turn blender off, and use rubber spatula if necessary to keep ingredients around the blades. Yield 1 1/4 cups.
