CARROT BARS 
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 jars baby food (4 3/4 oz. carrot, applesauce & apricot)
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix ingredients well. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/2 stick butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 box powdered sugar
