QUICK CARROT BARS 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 (7 1/2 oz.) jars carrot junior baby food
4 eggs
Chopped pecans, if desired

FROSTING:

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Put in 15 x 10 greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool, then frost.
