4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 sm. jars strained baby food carrots
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix together and bake in a jelly roll 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees, then frost with Cream Cheese Frosting, when cool.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 lg. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
