PAT'S CARROT BARS 
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. salad oil
2 c. flour
3 sm. jars baby food carrots
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix eggs, sugar, salad oil and flour. Add remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour into 2 (9 x 13-inch) greased pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Frost when cool.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 tsp. butter, melted
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients together.
