FROSTY STRAWBERRY SQUARES 
2 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. sugar
8 or 9 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 to 3/4 c. fine chopped walnuts
2 egg whites
1 c. granulated sugar
2 c. strawberries
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Combine first 4 ingredients; set 1/3 cup of mixture aside. Press graham cracker mixture in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Chill in refrigerator. Combine egg white, sugar, berries, and lemon juice in large bowl. Beat at high speed with electric mixer until stiff peaks form, approximately 10 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon over crumbs. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Freeze 6 hours. Top each slice with nice big strawberry or a special treat, chocolate dipped strawberry.
