EASY SWISS CHEESE PIE 
1 scant c. milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. cubed Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. chopped chervil or dried parsley
1 sm. onion, chopped (optional)
1/4 c. sesame seeds

Measure milk, eggs, cheese, flour, oil, and chervil into blender. Blend until mixture is smooth. Pour into buttered pie dish. Sprinkle onion and sesame seeds on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. This can be frozen after baking and reheated to serve. Makes 6 servings.
