EASY TUNA CHEESE PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked 5 minutes at 375 degrees
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
1 c. shredded cheese (Swiss or American)
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2-3 drops Tabasco
3 eggs

Stir together eggs, mayonnaise, and milk in a bowl. Add tuna, cheese, onion, and Tabasco. Pour into partially baked crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 8 servings.
