1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
1 c. shredded sharp American cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut up
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick mix
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of nutmeg

Mix all ingredients together, pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.
