TUNA SUPPER PIE | |
1 can tuna (Albacore is best) 2 stalks celery, cut in 1 inch pieces 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. green pepper 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese A nine inch pie shell 2 eggs 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 sm. onion 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. bread crumbs Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on bottom of 9 inch pie shell. Combine above ingredients in blender except 2 tablespoon bread crumbs. Blend well. Pour over cheese in pie shell. Sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve hot. |
