EVERLASTING COLE SLAW 
1 medium head of cabbage
1 carrot, diced
2 small onions diced
1 c. celery diced
1 green pepper diced
1/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
salt & pepper to taste

Cut all of these fine and mix well. Store covered in refrigerator and use as needed.

Store in glass jar.
