RICE AND TUNA PIE 
2 c. cooked rice
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram, crushed
1 egg, slightly beaten

TOPPING:

1 (9 1/4 oz.) can tuna, drained
3 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Dash of marjoram
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (optional)

Press the 5 shell ingredients into bottom and sides of lightly buttered 10 x 6 inch baking pan. Sprinkle the topping ingredients over shell, in order given. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Can serve with diluted cream of mushroom soup.
