EASY CHERRY CHEESE PIE 
1 or 1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter, melted
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine crumbs, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter and press mixture evenly into bottom and up sides of 9 inch pie plate. Set aside. At medium mixer speed, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beating until well blended. Pour mixture into crumb crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. When pie is cool, top with cherry pie filling and refrigerate until serving.
