4 c. raw peanuts
2 c. sugar
1 c. water

Boil until crystalized, stirring constantly. (Looks like sugar.) Pour on cookie sheet with sides. Sprinkle with salt. Bake 15 minutes at 300 degrees. Stir. Sprinkle with salt and bake another 10 minutes. Let cool. Do not add salt to cooking process.
