APPETIZER MEATBALLS 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
2 tbsp. B.B.Q. sauce
1 c. Wheat Chex cereal, crushed to 1/2 c.
1 lb. lean ground beef

Combine first six ingredients. Stir in Wheat Chex and ground beef. Shape into 1 inch meatballs. Place on baking sheet. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 8 minutes, turning halfway through baking time. Serve alone or in sauce. May be frozen. If frozen, increase baking time to 12 minutes.

CREAMY SAUCE:

Combine: 1/2 c. sour cream 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook and stir over low heat just to boiling point. Makes 1 3/4 cups.

FRUIT SAUCE:

Combine: 3 tbsp. B.B.Q. sauce 1 tbsp. brown sugar

Simmer until heated. Makes 1 cup.
