APPETIZER MEATBALLS 
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 c. old fashioned oats
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. finely chopped onions

SAUCE:

2 c. catsup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped onion

If you like sauce, double this recipe.

Mix all meatball ingredients; shape into small 1 inch diameter balls. Place in baking pan in single layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from baking pan and put in crock pot with sauce for 3-4 hours prior to serving.
