ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper (dash)
1 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
2 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
2 lg. zucchini, sliced
1 slice white toast made into crumbs
Garlic powder

Mix tomato juice, onion flakes, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Add 1 ounce of the cheese. Pour over sliced zucchini in small baking dish. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until squash is tender.
