CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
2 cans shrimp
1 head Chinese cabbage, chopped (I use reg. cabbage)
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. unsalted sunflower seeds (I have used salted)
1 c. slivered almonds
1 pkg. Ramen noodles, chicken flavored

Break up Ramen noodles into dry skillet, making sure skillet isn't too hot, noodles burn easy. Brown and cool. Combine above ingredients and add dressing.

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. vinegar (white)
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
Ramen flavoring

Mix in order given and pour over salad.
