LOW-CAL BROILED CHICKEN | |
6 or 8 chicken breasts (or other favorite parts) 1/2 c. low calorie Italian salad dressing 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. finely chopped onion 1 tsp. dry mustard Skin chicken and place on broiler pan. Mix other ingredients well and brush chicken with mixture. Place pan 5 to 7 inches from heat. Broil for 20 minutes. Brush and turn occasionally. |
