2 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Baker's angel flake coconut

Combine milk, sugar, eggs, butter, Bisquick and vanilla in electric blender. Cover and mix all these ingredients on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 10-inch pie plate. Let stand 5 minutes, then sprinkle 1 cup coconut on top of pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
