EGGS A LA GOLDENROD 
3 hard-cooked eggs
6 slices toast
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. BLAIR butter flavoring
Dash BLAIR black pepper
BLAIR paprika for garnish

Separate eggs; add whites chopped fine to white sauce made by melting butter in saucepan, blending flour, butter flavoring, salt and pepper, then milk. Mix and stir while heating until thickened. Pour sauce on slice of toast, crumble egg yolks and sprinkle on top. Garnish with paprika.
