BACON AND EGG BAKE 
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 med. onions, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
5 hard boiled eggs, sliced
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste
English muffins, toasted

Fry bacon until crisp. Drain grease except 2 tablespoons and fry onions. Stir in soup, milk, eggs, cheese, and seasonings. Pour into baking dish. Top with bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve over muffins. Serves 6-8.
