SPINACH-CHEESE BAKE | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix 2 eggs, beaten 1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can French onion soup, undiluted 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1/2 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/4 tsp. basil 1/2 c. (2 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded Combine first 8 ingredients. Stir until blended. Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake 5 minutes. Serves 8. |
