1 sm. pkg. chopped spinach, thaw and squeezed
2 c. cottage cheese
4 beaten eggs
1/2 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar
1 med. onion
2 or 3 cloves garlic, minced
6 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper

May also add mushrooms, bacon, green peppers, etc.

Saute onion and garlic. Mix all ingredients. Put in greased 9x9 pan. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour. Cut in squares.
