BAKED SPINACH AND CHEESE | |
1 can (15 oz.) spinach 4 eggs, beaten 1 c. milk 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 c. cubed firm white bread 1/2 c. sliced green onions 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese Drain spinach squeezing out excess liquid. Combine all ingredients; pour into 1 quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until it tests done. 6 servings. Preparation time 5 minutes. Cooking time 30 minutes. |
