MEAT ROLL 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. Jiffy baking mix
Salt & pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Brown ground beef; add salt, pepper and onions. Drain fat. Blend baking mix and milk. Turn onto a lightly floured board and roll into a rectangle. Cover with meat mixture. Roll dough around meat. Place on greased baking sheet, seam side down, and make several slashes on top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
