MEAT ROLLS 
Bottom round roast
Chopped onions
Diced bacon
Salt
Pepper
Water
Thread

Slice meat thinly to roll. Stuff with onions and bacon. Tie together with thread. Place in covered dish. Cover rolls with water, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours until water has cooked down to broth and meat is tender. Amount of ingredients depends on the quantity needed.
