CAJUN SHRIMP | |
1 onion 1 crushed bay leaf 2 lbs. cleaned shrimp 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. thyme 1 tsp. basil 1 tsp. oregano 1 stick butter 1/2 tsp. minced garlic 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tomato, sliced 3 c. cooked rice Picante sauce & red pepper to taste In large skillet saute onions in butter until medium done. Add seasonings and tomato; mix well. Next add shrimp and cook, stirring often, until shrimp is done. Serve over rice. NOTE: You can use crawfish instead of shrimp. |
