MEYER'S SHRIMP IN CAJUN SAUCE 
1 lb. raw shelled shrimp
1 (9 oz.) canned cheddar cheese sauce
3 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 tsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
Good shot Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Dash seasoned pepper
Bread crumbs, approximately 1 c.
Grated Parmesan, approximately 1/2 c.
Red pepper chips (optional for hotness)

Be sure shrimp is patted dry. Blend all other ingredients until smooth. Fold in shrimp and pour in ungreased casserole. Top with bread crumbs mixed with Parmesan. Drizzle with butter if desired.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 4-6. Nice with green salad and French bread or rice.

We made this up one evening when we had nothing planned and odd ingredients around. It's YUM. Recipe can be halved or doubled.
