BAKED CORN PUDDING 
2 c. corn, cut from cob
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Place corn in a greased baking dish. Combine eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour mix over corn. Place baking dish in a container of boiling water and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
