ORANGE CREAM CHEESE:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. grated orange rind

8 (2 1/2 inch) pieces of celery
24 raisins

Combine all ingredients except celery and raisins in a small mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until blended. Cover and chill. Spread about 1 tablespoon orange cream cheese on grooved side of celery slices. Place 3 raisins on cream cheese on each celery slice. Cover and chill.
