BAKED CORN PUDDING 
2 cans cream style corn
4 tbsp. flour
2-3 tbsp. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. milk
4 tbsp. melted butter

Mix above with hand beater, then pour into a 2 quart casserole and bake about 10-15 minutes; at 450 degrees. Reduce to 350 degrees and continue baking about 45 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
